Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription plans for Voice by Conversion Tools. We want you to be satisfied with our service and offer refunds under the conditions described below.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, no questions asked. This applies to your first payment only.

  • The 14-day window starts from the date of your first subscription payment
  • Refund requests must be submitted within this window
  • Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to the free plan
  • Your voice clones are preserved but subject to free plan limits (1 voice)

3. Renewal Refunds

For subscription renewals (monthly), you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge if:

  • You did not use the service during the new billing period
  • You forgot to cancel before the renewal date

To avoid unwanted renewal charges, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date through the billing page in your dashboard or by contacting us.

4. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the initial purchase
  • More than 7 days have passed since a renewal charge
  • Significant usage of the service has occurred during the billing period
  • The account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via email with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan
  • Your voice clones and generation history are preserved, but subject to free plan limits

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorized payment provider. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Your payment details are handled directly by Paddle and are never stored on our servers.

8. Service Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to resolve a significant service disruption within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a prorated refund or account credit at our discretion.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
