These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Voice by Conversion Tools ("the Service") operated by Conversion Tools ("we", "us", or "our") at voice.conversiontools.io. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Voice by Conversion Tools is a voice cloning and document narration platform. The Service allows you to create digital clones of your voice and use them to narrate documents, generating audio output from text content.

2. Voice Cloning Consent

You may only clone voices for which you have explicit consent from the voice owner. By uploading voice samples, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner of the voice being cloned, or
• You have obtained explicit, informed consent from the voice owner to create a digital clone of their voice
• You will not use cloned voices in any way that the voice owner has not consented to

We reserve the right to request proof of consent and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Impersonate others — create voice clones of individuals without their consent, or use cloned voices to deceive or mislead others about who is speaking
• Commit fraud — use generated audio for scams, phishing, social engineering, or any form of financial or identity fraud
• Harass or defame — create audio content that harasses, threatens, defames, or discriminates against any person
• Produce illegal content — generate audio that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Circumvent security — attempt to bypass voice authentication systems or security measures using cloned voices
• Distribute misinformation — create synthetic audio designed to spread false information or deepfakes

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the voice samples you upload and the audio content generated using your voice clones. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains the property of Conversion Tools.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details are presented at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conversion Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, particularly the voice cloning consent and acceptable use provisions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your voice samples and account data within 30 days of termination, unless required to retain it by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
